Eldric wisps: well, of course, if you could ask a creator like Sousjagne about it...this of course requires you to fill out applications 37-1b in triplicate, stating that you have a question concerning the current money issue. After Sousjagne sends a copy to the Patrician's Palace, one to Requisitions and another to Backup Filing, you may/maynot be given an appointment to see a creator like Terano.....
Venegance wisps: Who then gives you forms 1-34A and B76-3D to be filled out in triplance, and sent to the Ankh-Morporkian Office of Commerce, who then runs it over to PinkFish.
Venegance wisps: then PinkFish needs to fill out forms 45-IS and Fr3-54 requesting a 'mandatory investigation of possible damages claim', which means they need to investigate and see if, in fact, there really is a problem.
Eldric wisps: of course, upon seeing Terano, you will need to fill out a form 92-stroke-J, this will be for 1) asking a question that may/maynot deal with the money issue, and 2) can or cannot be answered by a higher-level creator....after you have filed such a report in triplicate, these will of course be sent 1) to the Patrician's Palace, 2) to Requisitions, and 3) to Backup filing, you will of course be able to see a higher-level creator....
Eldric wisps: Your request can take upto and including 6-8 months in real time to be processed, upon processing it could be denied for any reason, including any body oder, waking up on the wrong side of the bed, and any real life problems like being severly inebriated by any creator at any point in time. Of course Liasions can be called about at any moment to answer questions, but they are only required to shrug and look at you with a blank expression.....

Venegance wisps: Then, once the problem has, in fact, been located, analyzed and documented thoroughly, the investigators need to bring in the reporter on the scene, who then needs to fill out the white, pink, yellow forms, but not the blue, clairfying the exact problem, then the investigators have their own paperwork to go through, involving documents 67-ghf and 43-ReFd. They then dash those forms over to the Cres. The cres then do the mandatory Voodoo dance of Hope, beseeching of the voodoo gods to fix the problem so they don't need to worry about it. This ritual can take months to perform, and meanwhile, they're hoping that the problem will fix itself.
