Casting
You stare hard at the paper. You attempt to imprint the essence of the environment into the paper. You crumple up the paper and toss it high in the air, concentrating hard on <target>.
Success
You channel the imprinted image of the paper towards <target>. The paper implodes impressively.
Failure
What others see
Wizard stares hard at a piece of paper. Wizard looks pensive. Wizard crumples up her paper and tosses it in the air. Wizard stares intently at the paper in the air, which implodes with a faint *pop*.

This encourages the target to gaze into a random item in their inventory to receive a vision of you. To them, it looks like:
