Barney woodchops

Barney woodchops can be found in Razorback. He deals in wood flooring and can fit floors. He refuses to leave his general area (probably the Ramtops[research]).
He has a rotating stock of various kinds of "<type> <wood> floorboards", and everything costs LC 5|-|-.
His work looks like: "The floor is dark polished mahogany floorboards."
Floorboards can be "brightly polished", "dark polished", "dull polished", or "unfinished".
He stocks the following woods, randomly:
- bamboo
- cedar
- cherry
- mahogany
- maple
- oak
- pine
- redwood
- teak
- walnut
