Blind Io.

Blind Io is Chief of the Gods, by virtue of his constant vigilance.  He has blank skin where his eyes should be.  The eyes themselves, of which he has an impressively large number, lead a semi-independent life, orbiting around him.  It is said that they can see everything that happens everywhere.

He currently can't be worshipped.

• There is a temple to Blind Io in Ankh-Morpork, on the Street of Small Gods across from the Temple of Small Gods. It is largely in a state of rennovation, and the main thing of interest there is the altar, on which you can put eyes. At low levels, noticing the eyes float away can tm adventuring.perception.
