[edit] Makeup stall
The cheapest and most varied option, the makeup stall near Phoenix Park in Bes Pelargic offers blush, eyeliner, hair dye, lipstick, and nail polish, for 2Rh 10s each. It also sells makeup cleaning tissues which work on makeup sold here (however, all makeup sold here will wash off if you get wet and when you log in or su).
You can apply this kind of makeup to yourself or others.
All except the blush are sold in a wide variety of colours--exactly which ones are available for sale directly are random, but you can order specific colours for 3Rh 77s. Specifically ordered makeup is available instantly.
The available colours are:

[edit] Appearance
Blush creates the line, "Her cheeks are sporting a rosy pallor".
Lipstick creates the line, "Her lips are coated with a glistening <colour> shade of lipstick". Applying a different colour on top of it will make it "multicoloured" instead of the original colour.
Eyeliner creates the line, "Her eyes have been traced with a precise line of <colour> eyeliner". Applying a different colour on top of it will make it "multicoloured" instead of the original colour.
Nail polish creates the line, "Her fingernails feature <colour> nail polish". Applying a different colour on top of it will make it "multicoloured" instead of the original colour.
After one application, hair dye looks like:
Her hair has been coloured with streaks of <colour> hair dye.
After two or more applications of the same colour, it looks like:
Her hair has been coloured with <colour> hair dye.
You can apply up to two different colours, to look like this:
Her hair has been coloured with streaks of <colour> and <colour> hair dye.
However, if you add more of either colour it will eventually go back to only being coloured with that colour.
Applying more than two colours of hair dye will result in your hair being "coloured with multicoloured hair dye".
[edit] Monsieur Rosset's
In Number One, Pseudopolis Yard in Ankh-Morpork, Monsieur Rosset runs three shops.
[edit] Hairdressing Salon
Here, you can get your hair styled. You can "lookup" any style you're interested in (with or without decoration) to see what it will look like. This costs A$20 for just a hairstyle, and A$25 if you want to add decoration to it.
Getting wet will (after a short delay) remove the hairstyle.
[edit] Manicure Studio
Here, you can get your nails filed, and then either buffed or painted with nail polish. This costs A$30.
If you choose polish, it looks like this:
Her nails have been beautifully shaped and filed, and then varnished with a coating of <colour> nail colour.
If you choose buffing, it looks like this:
Her nails have been beautifully shaped and filed, and then buffed to a stunning satin finish.
Being in combat can chip your nails, removing the manicure.
[edit] Beauty Parlour
Here, you can request a makeover and choose various colours of blusher, lipstick, and eyeshadow. This is A$30 regardless of the options you pick, and the result is only removeable with the special cleansing tissues sold here.
If you choose no blusher, no lipstick, and no eye-shadow, this is the result:
Her features have been artfully enhanced with a smooth base, a light dusting of powder, some dark mascara and eyeliner.
If you choose only one type of makeup, this is the result:
Her features have been artfully enhanced with a smooth base, <colour> <makeup type chosen>, some dark mascara and eyeliner.
If you choose two types of makeup, this is the result:
Her features have been artfully enhanced with <colour> <makeup type chosen>, <colour> <makeup type chosen>, some dark mascara and eyeliner.
If you choose a colour for all three types of makeup, this is the result:
Her features have been artfully enhanced with <colour> eyeshadow, a touch of <colour> blusher and a dash of <colour> lipstick.

Having perfume applied will cause occasional chats about the scent. Unlike the perfume you can buy in bottles, it has a variety of chats, and lasts longer.
[edit] Perfume
Perfume is not visible when you look at someone, but instead causes occasional chats about the scent.
You can spray it on yourself or others, but it is pk-checked because the chats appear even when someone is hiding.
There are a few places you can buy bottles of perfume. The chats from these always look like, "The scent of <scent> pleasantly surrounds you."
Gertrude's Perfumery in the Flitwick Building in Ankh-Morpork sells lilac, hyacinth, apple, daffodil, and rose perfume.
A smelly perfume store on Market Street in Bes Pelargic sells perfumes smelling of lavender buds (in a translucent purple bottle), white plums (in a translucent white bottle), treacheries (in a black bottle), opium (in a transparent bottle), lotus (in a white bottle), peaches (in a peach bottle), rice (in a transparent white bottle), violets (in a violet bottle), strawberries (in a flaming pink bottle), dewberries (in a deep violet bottle), honeysuckles (in a yellow bottle), roses (in a red bottle), water-buffalo (in a brown bottle), fish (in a silver bottle), and pearwood (in a green bottle).
A perfume stall that is sometimes in the Djelibeybi bazaar sells perfumes smelling of deadly nightshade, desert breezes, white lily, vanilla, cinnamon, red rose, exotic ylang ylang, sultry sandalwood, bergamot, and jasmine.
