Educe is a witch-only command which allows a witch to learn the spell stored in a hag stone.
Both spells and tricks can be learned using this command.
In order to successfully educe from a hag stone, the witch must have enough remaining mind space to contain the spell, and must pass a skillcheck against magic.items.talisman. The difficulty of the skillcheck is proportional to the spell storage size of the stored spell.
There is a random chance that a hag stone will crumble to dust once its spell has been educed from it, whether or not the educing attempt was successful.
