You attempt to sense the location of water on yourself. You send out a message at yourself, reminding any water there how it likes to flow. You visualise flow lines passing down yourself.
Success
You feel a strange trickling, and then water dribbles into a small puddle at your feet. You feel dry now.
Failure (already dry)
It appears that you were already dry.
Failure due to failing a skillcheck can cause you to become wet instead.

Wizard stares vaguely at you. Wizard peers vaguely at you. Wizard looks you up and then down.
What others see
Wizard stares vaguely into space. Wizard peers vaguely around. Wizard looks up and then down. Water dribbles off Tolca to form a small puddle at her feet.
