You draw the blood away from your hand, making the flesh go all cold and tingly. Oooh.
You reach out and touch the hasheesh green cloud's bare skin with your cold hand.

To others

Kafele Therin Telamon seems to be staring at his hand.
Kafele Therin Telamon goes bug-eyed and shivers.
Kafele Therin Telamon touches the hasheesh green cloud with his hand.  The hasheesh green cloud shivers and draws away.
