Achorion purple is a damage inflicting poison. It is the most potent of all the poisons and can often kill its target instantly.

Like all poisons, it requires a poison lab to create, and the amount of damage cause is relative to the covert.items.poisons bonus of the person who made it.

When Achorion purple enters the body, either through ingestion or delivered by a poisoned dart, crossbow arrow, tlinga or throwing spike, it causes a significant reduction in health points. Unlike other poisons, it simply takes the health from the victim and then stops acting, as opposed to causing small amounts of damage over time.
