Master Glimer's Amazing Glowing Thing (abbreviated to MGAGT) is a miscellaneous spell requiring a thaumic funnel and a handful of purple mineral powder (consumed). It is much more effective than Brother Happalon's Elementary Enchanting at enchanting. The required funnel can be obtained through the use of the spell Objandeller's Thaumic Funnel. Even a successful attempt may consume the funnel and perhaps even produce a caterpillar.
It requires the focus of an octogram in the room where the spell is to be cast.

You stop juggling <Item> and hold it tightly in your hands, forcing the magic to bind itself to <Item>. Drawing in the local enchantment, you pour it into the funnel onto <Item>.
