Mint

Mint is an aromatic perennial herb. Flowers are white to purple, produced atop the plant upon a spike. Mints have both culinary and medicinal uses.
This proliferative plant has a hairy stem and fuzzy green leaves shaped like little spears. An occasional white flower spikes off the top of some of the plants.
Mint is not poisonous to eat; and if a leaf is consumed, it will cure garlic breath. Mint cannot be ground up (as to make tea).
This plant appears to only be able to be gathered seasonally.
