Music is performed using musical instruments, which usually are items that be carried around.

Usage
To play or tune a musical instrument, you need skills in the relevant crafts.music.instruments skill. You can use the commands "play <instrument>", "perform solo on <instrument>", and "serenade <living> on <instrument>" with all or most instruments, though some have additional commands.
Primers and sheet music can be used with some instruments.
