There are a few sources of narcotics.

• Smoking hashish, or inhaling the smoke in some places.
• Hashish smoke in the back room of the Flaming Cabbage
• Drinking cream of frog from the Magick Boxe in Genua.
• Mushrooms bought from the Sto Lat NPC Jack Straw.
• Dried Frog Pills
• Badly Rolled Cigarettes

[edit] Effects

They have a few effects.

• You soul frequently, in a way similar to the effect of a sugar high.
• You cannot perform rituals or spells.
• You get a line in your description reading, "Her/his eyes are red and dilated."
