Owl feather

Owl feathers are a feather from any part of an owl, and are used as a non-consumed component in the making of intelligence tea.

Owls can be found in the following locations:

• Ethel Applebaum's cottage
• Granny Weatherwax's cottage
• Chronides farmstead
• Skund Forest
• Forest clumps on the Sto Lat plains
• Forest in the Lower Ramtops (but only at night)
