Remember is a wizard command which attempts to store a spell in the user's head from either a spellbook or a magic scroll.
If there is not enough mind space free to store the spell the user will simply be informed of this and the command will fail to execute.

> remember Brassica Oleracea Ambulata from tome
Spells remembered from a spellbook are copied into the wizard's head and the book will remain unchanged. However, upon remembering a spell from a scroll, the spell will be transferred from it into the wizard's head and disappear from the paper.
