The graph is not really optimal or in my case even close to accurate to determine the Weight-factor.
Using stat items to change str and/or con I managed to determine my Weight-factor with the formula in the Hit points article.
The idea is to try to find the number accurate to 3 decimals that works for several combinations of stats that modify your health bonus.
If enough people can obtain the Weight-factor we should be able to find a function to match it.
