Witch's hats can be found in various places:

• The demon claw coat hook in Granny Weatherwax's cottage.
• Mr Vernissage's hat shop in Slice.
• The Mad Stoat hat shop, which also sells custom witch's hats.

Witches hats can be 'skewer'ed with hatpins. The hatpins can be 'pull'ed out to remove them.

Wearing a witch's hat makes circle easier to perform, and is equivalent to approximately 20 points of magic.spells.special.
